Kallima inachus prefer to rest on dead leaves on trees. Males are territorial on shrubs or trees and occasionally come to the banks of streams and puddles to suck water.

Calinaga buddha is a very good mimic to Parantica melaneus and Parantica sita (Danainae) in flight. Males are occasionally territorial on trees at hilltops.

Lexias cyanipardus is a rare and beautiful species, only found in Oudomxai province.

Lexias pardalis frequently comes to rotten fruits that have fallen to the ground. There is a strong sexual dimorphism.

Lexias cyanipardus flies in March and April, and again in September and October.
