Description: Polyura eudamippus and P.dolon are locally common in montane forests at low to high elevations (Alt. 350 - 1800m).
Males are territorial on canopies at hilltops and frequently come to the banks of streams and puddles to suck water.
Females are rarely seen, but are readily attracted by fermented fruits. They also feed on tree sap, high in the trees.
They also can be observed when they lay eggs on their foodplant.
The flight season is March and April, and then again in October.
